Our Open Concept Layout Planning service is designed to help you seamlessly connect up to three spaces, creating a cohesive and functional flow throughout your home. Whether you’re merging the kitchen, dining, and living areas or transforming multiple rooms into one unified space, we focus on optimizing the layout for both aesthetic appeal and practical use.

*This service is for up to 3 spaces only, meaning each "area" counts as one space. For example - kitchen, living and dining is 3 spaces or fitness area, bathroom and entertainment area in the basement are 3 spaces.

Refunds are not permitted once the order is placed. If you selected the wrong service or project type, please email us at layoutlab@the-studiyo.com, and we’ll assist with switching it for you.

Space plans will be delivered via email and can take anywhere between 2-6 weeks depending on project size and scope.
