Our Living Room Spatial Planning service is designed to help you make the most of your living space by creating a layout that enhances flow, comfort, and functionality. Whether you're working with a small apartment or a larger home, we ensure that every area of your living room is optimized for its intended purpose, while maintaining a harmonious design.

Refunds are not permitted once the order is placed. If you selected the wrong service or project type, please email us at layoutlab@the-studiyo.com, and we’ll assist with switching it for you.

Space plans will be delivered via email and can take anywhere between 2-6 weeks depending on project size and scope.

• Floor Plan: A detailed layout with accurate measurements, optimized furniture placement, and thoughtful flow considerations.

• Revisions: Up to two (2) revisions are allowed per space plan.
