All sales are final. Due to the nature of our design services, including but not limited to custom floor plans, 3D renderings, and design consultations, we are unable to offer refunds once the service has commenced or deliverables have been provided.

If you encounter any issues or are unsatisfied with our services, please contact us at layoutlab@the-studiyo.com within 7 days of receiving the deliverables. We will work with you to address your concerns and make necessary revisions as outlined in our service agreement.
